The Role
The Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies oversees and coordinates all ceremonial activities within the province.
At formal Provincial meetings, the Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies has a visible and active role in conducting proceedings. He organises and manages formal processions and ceremonial elements during Masonic events, meetings, installations, and special occasions, such as consecrations, dedications, certificate presentations, and official visits by high-ranking Freemasons, ensuring that the meetings run according to protocol.
Working closely with the Provincial Executive, the Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies also serves as a key point of communication between the provincial leadership and individual lodges, ensuring clear communication and consistency across the province.
